How It Works
Plazz connects you with your favourite beach and allows you to directly reserve your beach bed from your phone.
You need to follow the listed steps:
- Start by clicking on SIGN UP to register your personal account with your name and email or using your Facebook Account.
- Select DISCOVER BEACHES and find your favourite beach
- Enter the preferred DAY and TIME of arrival at the beach.
- Select any available BEACH BEDS or UMBRELLA SETS (each Umbrella Set has 2 beach beds included)
- You can select up to 8 BEACH BEDS of 4 UMBRELLA SETS
- Select if required the number of attending KID'S CHAIRS (Ages 6-12) or ADDITIONAL BEACH BEDS (up to 2)
- CONFIRM CHECKOUT and enter your credit card for payment.
- You will receive an email with the UNIQUE CODE of the reservation which you are required to show upon arrival at the entrance of the beach.
You can optionally show the unique code that appears on the PLAZZ mobile app.
- Do not be late! The reservation is valid up to 45 minutes after the selected time and will no longer be available after this period.
The price of each beach bed is associated with the pricing policy of each selected beach.
Your payment information is collected when you complete a reservation request. Plazz currently supports VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.
You will receive a validation of payment via email after each successful reservation. Upon arrival at the beach and after showing the unique code at the entrance, you will receive a valid ticket for entry.
The beach bed reservation is personal and is valid only for the selected date and the selected time of arrival.
The reservation is valid up to 45 minutes after the selected time and will no longer be available after this period.
Visiting hours and beach rules are according to the selected beach regulations.

Cancellation and Refund
You can cancel your reservation no less than 48 hours before arrival at the beach. The reservation amount will then be transferred to your credits giving you the option to make a new reservation on a future date. Your credits can be found in your Account Page . Please note that credits are not applicable for Astir Beach. Cancellations for Astir Beach reservations will automatically issue a refund request and will not be transferred to your credits.
If you require a refund, please complete your details in the refund page and we will look into it as soon as possible.
Before completing your booking you can enter your special promo code in the PROMO CODE entry box. The discount will then be transferred to your total amount.
