How It Works
Plazz connects you with your favourite beach and allows you to directly reserve your beach bed from your computer, phone or tablet.
You need to follow the listed steps:
- Start by clicking on SIGN UP to register your personal account with your name and email or using your Facebook Account.
- Find your favourite beach from the SEARCH or DISCOVER BEACHES
- Enter the preferred DAY and TIME of arrival at the beach.
- Select any available BEACH BEDS or UMBRELLA SETS (each Umbrella Set has 2 beach beds included)
- Select if required the number of attending KID'S CHAIRS (Ages 6-12) or ADDITIONAL BEACH BEDS (up to 2)
- CONFIRM CHECKOUT and enter your credit card for payment.
- You will receive an email with the UNIQUE CODE of the reservation which you are required to show upon arrival at the entrance of the beach.
You can optionally show the unique code that appears on the PLAZZ mobile app.
- Do not be late! The reservation will not be available after the selected time.
Your payment information is collected when you complete a reservation request. Plazz currently supports VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.
You will receive a validation of payment via email after each successful reservation. Upon arrival at the beach and after showing the unique code at the entrance, you will receive a valid ticket for entry.
The reservation is personal and is valid only for the selected date and up to the selected time of arrival (*).
The reservation will no longer be available after this period.
Visiting hours and beach rules are according to the selected beach regulations.

* Reservations for Astir Beach are not restricted to the selected time and you can arrive anytime during opening hours.
Cancellation and Refund
You can cancel your reservation no less than 24 hours before arrival at the beach. The reservation amount will then be transferred to your credits giving you the option to make a new reservation on a future date. Your credits can be found in your Account Page .
If you require a refund, please complete your details in the refund page and we will look into it as soon as possible.
Gift a Reservation
After completing your reservation you have the option to Gift the reservation to a friend by clicking on GIFT THIS RESERVATION and entering your friend’s email as well as a personal message.
Before completing your booking you can enter your coupon in the GOT A COUPON entry box.. The discount will then be transferred to your total amount.
Credits are deducted from the total amount of your next bookings.
